We regularly visit the bull, amazing food at a great price and always a warm welcome. The Sunday dinners are everything you'd want in a dinner and big fire is great to warm your self up after a long walk

Enjoyed a delicious Sunday lunch at the Bull today. Beautifully cooked and presented dishes and a deliciously moreish marmalade sponge and custard for dessert. Beer was excellent too.

Enjoyed a lovely post-walk lunch here. There were lots of us, yet the staff really coped well with us all, delivering the food altogether and being very helpful. Very pleasant. Nice food and a lovely ambience. Would recommend

Freindly-ish. But no-one seemed to know I had booked a room, and it went downhill from there. Isolated. No shop in village. Only the pub. So you're a bit stuffed if you weren't greeted nicely. You may enjoy it, I wouldn't go back.

Great village pub. Stopped here after doing the old railway line trail.

Decided to go for a drink on Sunday and when we arrived at The Bulls Head, we were promptly greeted and served our drinks. We saw they did food and decided to have lunch too! I had the roast lamb and my husband had the roast beef, washed down with a very nice Malbec! great quality food, wonderful service, fantastic music! We will be back! X

Very good. Staff are attentive. And very pleasant. Service is very good. If I had one thing to say about Sunday lunch it would be that I do prefer my vegetables to be cooked a little longer. The starter was very good. I'm not being negative but veg let my main meal down. Than you.

Lovely little pub in the countryside. Set back slightly from the cottages on the road it has a nice cosy feel inside. Nice terrace out the back to use, dog friendly, nice selection of drinks and good freshly cooked food (sometimes you have to wait a little for it to come out but we’ve never had bad food).
