    Very cozy and comfortable. Welcoming but not forceful, clean bathroom, tasty breakfast that arrived exactly on time. The room could have done with a chair, but that's a minor quibble. Highly recommended.

    Very friendly owners, great location near to whittlebury hall where I was working the next day. Easy to find using Google maps. Lovely place very comfortable and nicely decorated. Water, coffee and tea was available in the room as well as a sachet of hot chocolate which was very much appreciated along with biscuits and shine complimentary sweets! Breakfast in the morning was great too (I had a fry up). Would stay again if I'm working in the area again.
