Excellent service, got my vehicle in the next day and sorted out the issue. Will definitely be using them in the future.
Normally wary of mechanics given prior issues, however this company was recommended to me by somebody I trust and delivered as they promised. They organised the recovery of my vehicle when it was broken down; provided a prompt and thorough inspection and subsequently installed an entirely new clutch within a period of a few days. When it came to invoicing, they made me aware that the quote they gave me was for a dual-mass flywheel but my car (for some unexpected reason) had a solid one fitted and they adjusted the price accordingly (~-£300). It would have been easy for them to not say this and pocket the difference as it's not like I'd have ever gone looking and likely wouldn't have had it replaced again before the car ends up in the graveyard.
They took car straight away, completed test on battery. No charge!!! We left a tip for their service. No hesitation to recommend this lovely outfit. We were on holiday in the area. Henry Edwards Henry Edwards
On last day of our holiday in Gorleston we had a crash disabling use of the vehicle, JLM helped us out and had us on the road before 5pm same day. No fuss, honest, transparent, friendly and helpful, would highly recommend. Saved our holiday and saved us having to go home without the car, we're grateful and happy with the service provided!
My alternator went on my car I got the part and they fitted me in that day had the car back on the road within two hours :)
Had a very technical issue they were unable to fix but has passed on the details of another local garage who specialises in the issue good customer service
I couldn't recommend this garage more. I took my car in for a service and they found that my rear discs and pads were in desperate need of replacing. They kept the guys back late to get me back on the road. Great service
Paul was extremely helpful when my clutch failed on our way to holiday he was there with tow truck first thing and repaired it quickly and priced very fairly. When driving home another fault occurred unrelated to previous problem knowing I had to arrange b&b he worked overtime to get it sorted I cannot thank and recommend him enough
