   Went to Warren James in Norwich to get my chain fixed (gift from my Father), unfortunately it was past the warranty and I didnt have the receipt for it. A young man named Kyle was assisting me and I’d asked if they had an in-service chain fixing department, the young man then went to the back and said “just wait there”. After he came back I saw two chains with him, one was my own one (broken) and the other was brand new, to my surprise the Store assistant who was serving me (Kyle) offered me the new chain, free of charge, simply just swap for swap. The kindness of this young Man was incredible and really brightened up my day, I would 100% recommend Warren James as a company and more specifically the Norwich Castle Quarter Branch and a huge shout out to the store assistant Kyle, such kindness and helpfulness. Will definitely be shopping there more often and can vouch for them not only being a company that supplies good quality, fair priced jewellery but also for the undeniable customer service! Kyle if your reading this, thank u buddy and hopefully I’ll come in next time and see u again :)

   Disappointing service when we went to get a ring resized only to be told this couldnt be done. The type of ring and metals meant it couldnt be resized. This was a ring brought with Warren James. Went to a competetor metres away to be told no problem and they could do it. Felt really let down

   Very poor experience. Counter assistant very flippant and quite rude. Politely asked for money refunded after purchasing an item roughy 2 weeks before hand and was told policy is exchange or credit note only. Very surprised not to be told this at point of purchase given the high value of some of the items in the store. Was told that staff DO NOT have an obligation to tell customers this but as it is on the back of the receipt (something you may read AFTER buying the item). Also, be aware, if you are purchasing a gift as we were, the credit note can only be spent in THAT PARTICULAR STORE in castle mall. Recommend to go elsewhere if looking for gifts for anyone not local or if you are uncertain and may want a refund.

   I often get prices of jewellery from here and always get good service, I bought a price of jewellery back from my holiday and I needed a chain the young lady who served me was very helpful and got out a few chains so that I could see which was the right one for the pendant. She was very polite as is all the staff in there and the prices are very good too.

   I am writing this review from my sisters account to warn people DO NOT buy jewellery from Warren James especially if it is something as important as an engagement ring. My partner purchased a diamond engagement for me just after Christmas 2017 and proposed to me on NYE. He knew the ring was going to be too big but fell in love with this particular one and was assured by Warren James that it could be resized or swapped for another size. I took the ring back to them in the middle of January (I had previously been to another jeweller who advised that the ring couldn't be resized as it would compromise the strength of the ring). I asked Warren James to see if they could supply me with the same ring in a size J. I was told this would take until the 10th February as they would have to see if any other branches had this size in stock. If they couldn't then they would have to make the ring from scratch and I'd get it on 17th March. So basically I could be looking at two months without my engagement ring!!! Since then I have been in contact with them on two occasions and they cannot update me on the situation. I'm disgusted with the lack of communication from them and the inability to advise me when I will receive my engagement ring that has been fully paid for. They also advised that they cannot refund me unless they cannot fulfil the order?! DO NOT BUY ANY JEWELLERY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR SERVICE IS SHOCKING!!! - Lorenza Peachey
