Fantastic customer service when an order went wrong. I didn't realise there was a mistake with the order until almost a month later, and although the late realisation wasn't ideal, they helped me anyway. I'm very appreciative, and so happy with my mug and egg cup! Thank you :D
5*, the customer service were on point when the chain I ordered was to small for my wife, they straight away offered to change to a different size, returns was easy and new one here and my wife absolutely loves the chain! Great stuff and keep up the good work!
Lovely little shop filled with unusual pretty gifts from jewellery to note books Staff are beyond helpful to make bespoke pieces for you. I had to use customer services after a purchase and they could not have been more helpful. Will def be buying from them again, even if it is on line as we live so far away from them! Thank you
The ordering process was smooth and straightforward, they arrived in good time and the order tracking was great, the quality is lovely and a unique style, will definitely be ordering again! This store is absolutely lovely and beautifully decorated, the customer service is excellent and I often come here to purchase plants and garden accessories… however I have noticed that some things are extremely expensive and not worth the money, some of the plants are dead and they still want full price for them.
The two ladies at the shop were so helpful and amazing; they ordered a special bracelet for me straight away which has just arrived. Thank you, much appreciated. x
