After scouring the web and jewellery shops locally we came across Juels. We discussed our requirements with James and he advised he could get our designs made for us by a jeweller in Birmingham. The process was simple, prices were acceptable and the finished wedding bands we received exceeded our expectations. Great service, great product its just a shame I have to wait a month until my wedding so I can wear it. Many thanks James.

AVOID!! They attempted to rip me off when selling them gold. Staff are very rude and aggressive. Went a few doors down to Aleks Jewelers, wonderful service, very friendly, transparent and honest. Offered me 60% more than Juels. Here is a reply to your reply. We didn't hide fake gold. We were unsure if it was or wasn't gold. When you said the 3 small earrings were not gold I said I had a feeling they might not have been. It was not my intention to try to trick you as I'm well aware you have the means to test it. I never said it was all 9ct gold only that we think it is and we wanted you to check it for us. You offered £600 for the coin. And in total you offered less than £1700 for the lot. Aleks gave me £2800. Feel free to ask them. We came to you looking for advice on what we had. Trusting you would give us a fair valuation. You did not. You tried to take advantage of us and when you realised we were not falling for it you had a tantrum. As for raising my voice, I certainly did not. I know you are the manager, in part because given how many people have complained about you on here, you would have surly been fired by now if you were not the manager. You are welcome to lie in response to this review. The number of negative reviews mentioning your rude and aggressive attitude speaks for its self. I'd be happy for you to post the CCTV footage online but I doubt you will.
