   Partner wanted to buy a Maltese Cross that she spotted on the display. She then proceeded to ask about it and lady had no clue at first about what one was. Finally pointed and decided on one of the two we pointed at. She did know however what the carat of each was but my partner asked how much. Lady shrugged and said "Dunno got no idea".. Walks off returning with her phone to tell us the value. Found her demeanour very hostile and stand off-ish. Personally this customer service will cost them customers. One bonus was she did polish the pendant. Her snotty attitude has made us unlikely to return which is a shame as they have some nice pieces to sell

   My wife had a bracelet engraved here and the engraver did a lovely job. When we went to collect it were treated to an unsolicited scathing critique of the bracelet, asking how much we had paid for it and gleefully telling us that we had paid for the name and “a bit of design”. It was a gift from my wife’s mother so the opinion was totally irrelevant and soured an otherwise good experience. The comment was totally unnecessary and left my wife feeling a bit crap about the experience. A good engraving job, awful customer service

   I went to Norwich goldsmiths to get my ring resized and they were brilliant. Best price and quickest service in Norwich. I tried 3 other jewellers in Norwich prior to trying Norwich goldsmiths and they all weren’t able to provide the service as quickly or at the same price. They were very helpful, friendly and sent me a text when it was ready to be picked up.

   Very helpful, choosing my wedding ring, purchased a beautiful pre loved 5 diamond rub over setting, they resized it 7 sizes bigger. Purchased Tuesday ready to collect by the Thursday. Now they are resizing his wedding Band ready for our wedding this July 2025. Will definitely return with future jewellery purchases. Thanks for giving us top quality service.

I took a family heirloom ring in and was so so so delighted with the repair and clean they did for me. I’ve tried other places before but no where is so friendly and does such a great job.    A really nice customer experience! I have a limited budget for an engagement ring but thankfully found exactly what I was looking for here. On both visits the staff were super friendly and helpful and made a quite stressful purchase much, much more enjoyable! This excellent customer experience was in stark contrast to an alternative jeweller in Norwich, proving that shopping around is definitely worth the time. I highly recommend this store and will be back soon for a couple of wedding rings...hopefully!
