   From booking in to enjoying an evening meal that caters to my wheat allergy, the staff here have bent over backwards. I can recommend the dinner - all you can eat breakfast deal at a mere £27. It was lovely to see Becky again, and just relax over dinner whilst everything I needed appeared as requested. Thanks Becky and the team!

   The location is extremely convenient for Alton Towers, and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately that's where the positives end. Check-in was an unnecessarily long process requiring extra paperwork to provide names, ethnicity and car reg. Why is this done on paper when it could be part of the booking process? Then we were told we had to book a timeslot for breakfast... I have never had this at any other Premier Inn. I want to eat breakfast at "when I'm up and ready" o-clock. Whats even more frustrating is that we were told we couldn't eat at 0800 because that's a busy time... but when we spoke to the staff running breakfast the next morning they said hotel guests get priority over walk-ins for breakfast anyway, so we could have turned up at anytime... The hotel itself. The hallway carpets where filthy, Dexter had set up some plastic sheeting next to our room, the curtains didn't close properly, the bathroom door lock didn't work, the aircon/heating units were archaic and confusing to operate, and the UHT milk was rancid despite being in date. A disappointing end to our day. We won't be staying here again.

   Location of the hotel is great. Really close to Alton towers. Staff service was really poor. Waited at reception for 5 minutes for someone to come. When they did they were extremely rude and dismissive. After the poor welcome from the staff member we arrive at the room. The room had Staines on the mattress and bedsheets, Staines on the bed frame and floor and to top it off as of 7am in the morning they decided to have the neighbouring room and the room opposite renovated using drills and other machinery. What a joke of a hotel. Was going to speak to a receptionist on the way out but little to our surprises there was no one there. I Would give a 0 for customer service and a 0 for cleanliness. Avoid at all costs!!!

   Good value and close proximity for a trip to Alton Towers. Restaurant has just been renovated and was very nice. Rooms were clean and of a good standard. Surprisingly quiet considering how close you were to services. Restaurant Staff were excellent. Very attentive and friendly.

   We stayed here as a turn over to Alton towers, we found a nearby bowling alley which was great to entertain the kids the night before. Loads around, shops like tescos, b&m & near the town centre also 5 minute drive max. Staff were lovely, restaurant was under renovation so there was a complimentary breakfast which was basic but had fresh pastry’s, muffins, fruit, apple juice and coffee. Rooms were basic, quite abit of dust flying around. Overall would come back, good location and only a 15 minute drive to Alton towers.

   It is a perfect place to stay overnight for work visit. To check in it's not a hotel like you expect, you need to pay on front and pay every order at the bar separate. They do not clean your room, even if you ask them to do so. If you stay for many weeks (at least four rooms a week), they don't want to give away 1 hour to check out later, so that we are able to take a shower before traveling. FYI: At the restaurant they have lovely people to help you !

   The staff went out of their way to allow us to book in early to get ready for a 2pm wedding. They were very helpful and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Thank you so much for making a special day even more memorable.

   Great location close to Alton Towers and Uttoxeter town. Staff were very friendly and was always on-hand, service was great and the rooms were quiet and cosey. The restaurant was a let-down, the breakfast food was often sat on hot plates for ages before anyone ate it or bowls were empty and you had to ask staff to refill them. Although I would stay here again.

   Had one of my best stays at any Premier Inn Hotel. Service was fantastic, room was fantastic and so quite. It was my first time staying and ill definitely be staying again. Breakfast is across the carpark in a different building but no problems there either. All round fantastic stay and highly recommended to anyone visiting the area or the nearby Alton Towers Theme Park.
