   Whish i could give it no stars. Everything crammed together in no particular order, modeling magazines in 3 different sections. No organisation or order to this shop. Staff seem completely clueless, if you want a mag or book it's best to go in the day after release as they are very slow at getting the new products on the shelf. Terrible shop avoid at all cost unless you want last weeks/months edition of a magazine. They should have shut the hanley branch and kept the newcastle one open as the newcastle one was miles better

   I'm sure there are plenty of books in this store that people want, on the most part I've never struggled to find something I need. They however have a 'vehicle & travel' type section of one single shelf less than a metre long. And even then it is VERY limited. I understand that you can order online for collection at store though. So next time, I'll remember that

   I visited WHSmith in the Potteries Shopping Centre for the first time today. The sole staff member was extremely helpful. Directing me to what I went in for and serving me promptly. There is a post office attached to it, which although I didn't need, I could see could be useful. The Potteries had ample parking and made it easy for me to pop in and get what I wanted.

   Only happy workers are those behind the till for the post office. I don't think I've ever been served with a smile, I recently asked to buy a cancer supportive wristband and a lady replied with no, I asked why and she smirked and said we have none left. I responded with ok Thank you and I had no reply. Whether it was a bad day or not the service with certain staff is incredibly rude. Other than that, the shop is clean and everything is easy to locate.
