Sadly, I lost one of my heart shaped earrings. An email to Fayre Maiden, requesting a replacement was very quickly sorted, almost by return of post and at no cost! This was quite unbelievable & amazing customer care. I shall certainly use this company again.

I have a couple of pieces of Fayre Maiden jewellery, one of them I have had for a long time. It’s stood up to a good amount of wear and is still a favourite piece to wear. They have moved into some non-hematite designs and I have one of those which I love to wear too. It’s so lovely to be able to purchase and wear locally made jewellery.
