   Dealt with a Calum regards a letting issue of them taking money under false pretences and leading us to think all ok regards checks , after issue with another party going in with us to rent was raised , monies were kept and none of our calls were returned after phoning , Just kept being told he’s on the other line he will phone you straight back GUESS WHAT NO CALLS RETURNED we even emailed the CEO and that email has been replied to either … AVOID THIS COMPANY

   I have recently started looking for a new property to let, I emailed Robinson & Hall about a particularly property and I had a viewing booked in for the next day with Callum. Callum was very helpful, professional and very knowledgeable about the property and was by far the best experience I've had with any lettings agents so far! Although that wasn't the right property for myself and family, my experience with Robinson and hall so far has been excellent.

   I received an excellent service with the sale of a property I inherited. The property had generated little interest through a local estate agent, as it was in need of modernisation. From my first meeting with Lee where he explained clearly the auction process to completion of the sale I was advised and kept fully informed at all times. Nothing was too much trouble for Lee or Alex, if they were not available the office promptly forwarded messages. As a first time user of the auction process I found their help and advice invaluable. The property sold pre auction at a higher price than offers made through the estate agent. I am very pleased with the result and I will not hesitate to recommend Robinson and Hall to anyone selling a property.
