I saw a chiropractor called Shelley for both my pregnancies and she was amazing. She made me feel at ease and the discomfort I had in my lower back and pelvis was significantly better after treatment. The staff were very friendly upon my arrival too. I highly recommend Shelley and the clinic itself.
Had an appointment booked, which has been booked for at least 3 weeks. Received a reminder at 9:30 this morning. Then about 5 hours later I get an email saying it's been cancelled as "the doctor won't be available". Respectfully, it doesn't speak well of you to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice due to a lack of organisation on your part. As mentioned, I live out of town and had booked leave and set up other appointments in Milton Keynes. I'm now going to have to book leave, and spend time and money driving down again due to your incompetence. Not impressed.

From the moment I stepped into the reception area, I was greeted with warmth and genuine enthusiasm, which was truly refreshing. The consultation I had lasted just over 2 hours, and throughout the entire process, your staff went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and well-informed. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure that I understood every aspect of my visit. Their dedication to providing excellent service was evident in every interaction. I must commend Harry for his outstanding assistance and the wonderful doctor Dr Buture who attended to me. The doctor was not only incredibly helpful but also remarkably knowledgeable, making me feel confident in the care I was receiving. Her thoroughness and expertise were truly impressive and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I am absolutely delighted that our company's private health care has been moved from AVIVA to Bupa. The level of professionalism and care that I experienced today has truly showcased that Bupa is in a league of its own. I feel fortunate to be under the care of such an exceptional healthcare provider. Once again, thank you for the outstanding service and for making my visit to Bupa a truly memorable one.

Despite expressing my willingness to pay and the apparent lack of busyness, his attitude was indifferent and dismissive. He suggested I call the number on a BUPA poster near the front door for a separate booking, disregarding my preference to complete everything in one go. I tried to explain that scheduling another appointment would inconvenience me, but my concerns were met with apathy. It's disheartening to encounter such unhelpful behaviour, especially in contrast to the professionalism exhibited by the rest of the staff. Additionally, receiving an email instructing me to come prepared for the assessment in a jogging suit further underscored the disconnect between BUPA's communication and operational efficiency. Overall, this encounter left me questioning whether I would choose BUPA for future health care needs. When considering where to invest my money, an organization's commitment to customer service and flexibility holds significant weight. If BUPA aims to retain customers, addressing issues like this is paramount to fostering a positive experience.
