We were part of a fairly complicated chain, which had the potential to be extremely stressful, however Sasha and her team were excellent.    I'm so glad that I chose Country Properties to sell my house as all the team are great! They are always friendly, helpful and 'on the ball' and I felt my house was in safe hands even though it was unoccupied. I was happy with Jake's valuation and the way the team worked and consulted me at every step. There were a couple of hiccups during the process with previously definite buyers dropping out through changing circumstances or minds, but Sasha made it bearable with her excellent communication and intervention. It would have been at least ten times more stressful without her managing the sale!

   We are so glad we chose Country Properties to market our property. Jake came to view our home and he was extremely professional and we could tell immediately he knew the local market very well. He gave us the highest valuation, believing in its value even though the property is unique and difficult to value, the price was much higher than other valuations and we achieved the asking price! After an offer was accepted I have to say the rest of the team, Sasha, Billie and Ken were also very professional, friendly and always made you feel nothing was too much trouble! Sasha led the negotiations throughout the process from this point and I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is so dedicated and very skilled at her job!! Our property as well as being unique also has some tricky hurdles to deal with, one very big issue which held our exchange of contracts up to the very last minute. Sasha faced the issue head on and got things done in the nick of time. If she had not used her persuasive and very professional skills our sale could have fallen through. Sasha achieved an incredible feat that day and we are now looking forward to our completion day very soon! I would highly recommend Country Properties to anyone, the whole team work seamlessly together and all go the extra mile to get things done!
