   I used Cranes to sell my flat in Milton Keynes. I was really pleased with the service the provided, it was good value and they helped sell my flat quickly and once the deal was agreed, Clair Stallwood was very helpful dealing with my buyer and making sure the deal went to completion as smoothly as possible, which it did. No complaints and I would certainly use them again if I was listing my property for sale.

   My wife and I uses Cranes Estate Agents to purchase our recently new home, and the service we received couldn't have been better, Gareth was our first point of contact from booking the viewing to meeting us on site, and relaying our offers. Clair then had the task of ensuring the purchase went smoothly, and she certainly did, very informative throughout, quick to reply with any queries we had, and made it feel a very personal experience from start to finish.    We were not selling via Cranes, we were in fact the buyers of a property they were the agents for. The process turned out to be complicated and difficult and lead to a lot of tooing and throwing between solicitors, but I have to say that Clairs involment in chasing solicitors, conveying information and generally keeping us update was invalueble. At times it felt like Clair was buying the house with us, she was that involved. But Having experienced using Cranes in the past when we bought our first house in Cranfield and now having them involved this time, the service we have received has been nothing short of excellent, all of the team John, Garenth and Clair, thank you, I hope you dont have too many cases like ours. As an independate estate agent, we would highly recormend them.

The purchase through a housing association part ownership was not without its challenges with solicitors and the housing association however Cranes were excellent throughout making numerous calls to all parties and always keeping us updated and returning our calls promptly.
