Absolutely terrible time dealing with prime choice. They can hardly communicate between themselves. The ‘director’ doesn’t have a clue what’s going on. Loren is so confused bless her and the whole team is a shambles. They take your money and give back as little as possible. No care for tenants. Any good review on here is just them writing them themselves. Go and search on their website and see their REAL reviews on how they terrorise their customers even disabled customers. Would not recommend unless you don’t care about losing your money and losing your mind
Lovely team, used this branch a number of years ago and have come back to them again. Mandy and Loren have been ever so helpful and helped us to find the most amazing place to live. Nothing is too much for them!
I'd like to leave a review for the office in Rushden. I have had personal dealing with Mandy & Loren whom are both very helpful when it comes to finding a property. I wasn't really sure on what my preference was when it came to a flat/house. Both were able to provide me with a variety of housing and really find out what i never knew i was looking for. I highly recommend speaking with Loren or Mandy, as they really care and drive to find you the ideal location and property. 10/10, i will be back in the future. On first meeting a member of the prime choice team me and my mum felt very comfortable and received a nice welcome from them. They were very professional when showing us around properties sticking to the covid rules. Loren who dealt with my purchase was fantastic in every way possible. She kept me updated on the process at least once a week of not more. Loren also helped with many queries I had and even went as far to keep on top of the solicitors progress.
