As the landlord i called aleast 5 to 6 times whilst coming back to UK and everytime i left a message for someone to call me i had NO response what so ever. I would expect a professional service which I had with Neil in the past. It makes me think that if my property was up for rent then what would happen if someone's was keen to rent... not what I would expect.

Highly recommend their services. I did see the property with Eva Fossey and we start the process. She promised me in maximum 10 days I'll move in. Hardly to believe after more than one month of viewing and unsuccessful applications with another's agencies. By the time Eva left in annual leave and from there Ibrar Miran take over the applications. He get in touch with me and sort out everything that was needed and get me in property before 10 days, as they promised. Great Team work, professionalism and efficient communications between.
