Recently purchased a box of twelve "macarons" in store at Royal Arcade, Norwich. Unfortunately, they were by far the worst that I ever bought. By definition macarons have a crunchy shell and a nourish soft and chewy on the inside. That's what creates a sumptuous delicatessen complemented with a sharp full flavour filling. Two critical points on this one's are the lack of grated almonds, making me think that almond essence is used instead and how hard they are, getting a texture of a overcooked merengue. Definitely not a good experience and we could say that is not what is says in the box! You guys could/can do better!

Macarons & More – Norwich – A Delightful Treat We recently purchased a box of six assorted macarons from Macarons & More in Norwich – flavours included Passionfruit & Milk Chocolate, Lemon, Pistachio, Lavender, Champagne & Raspberry, and Hojicha Tea & Apricot. The experience was nothing short of wonderful. Each macaron was crafted to a very high standard – beautifully delicate, perfectly balanced in sweetness, and true to its intended flavour. You could immediately tell that great care and skill had gone into their making. From the first bite to the last, it was an experience that respected the traditional French patisserie art. At just under £13 for six macarons, it was excellent value for such quality. The packaging was also neat, elegant, and secure, protecting these delicate treats perfectly. In today's fast-moving world, finding a place that maintains such traditional care and attention to detail is refreshing. Macarons & More has certainly earned a place in our hearts, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended if you are in or around Norwich!

These were probably the best macarons I ever had! My mother-in-law and I have officially made this our location to grab a treat whenever we make a trip out to Norwich. The only thing disappointing about our visit was that we barely missed the £1 drinks before 12pm so we had to pay full price. But even at full price the Mocha was so worth it. 10/10 recommend

The macarons tasted really old and dry and there was too much cream in them and they didn’t have a pleasant flavor. The girl in the shop seemed very unhappy to see us as if we broke into her home.

Not proper macarons. It consisted mostly of artificial tasting clunky filling, and a very thin layer of meringue on the outside. Really not like an authentic french macaron where you have around 50/50 ratio of meringue to filling. For nearly the same price as Laduree etc, I was expecting something authentic and high quality.

Whilst on holiday a couple of years ago my husband and I visited the shop. Since then I have been hooked on their delicious macarons. Every xmas I get treated to a big box of macarons and this year their chocolate brownies and cake pops. All are excellent. Added bonus is you can shop online and they deliver to most places in the uk

Another delicious batch of macarons, we are particularly enjoying the seasonal maple & cinnamon flavour. Arrived within 48hrs of placing order, beautifully packed.

Amazing macarons!! Such a great selection of flavours and they taste amazing! Though the shop itself could be prettier since everything else was super nice. We actually stopped by two days running as we couldn't get enough of them..

Best Macarons I’ve found! I don’t pretend to be an expert on Macarons but I discovered this small store in Norwich a couple of years ago whilst on holiday and now I try to pay a visit every time I’m in Norwich. I’m currently isolating with Covid and noticed that they deliver so I decided to order some as a treat (luckily I haven’t lost my taste). They arrived the next day, perfectly packaged absolutely delicious! The Macarons here have tons of flavour and fantastic texture! Some of my favourites are strawberries & cream, salted caramel, lemon (tastes just like lemon meringue pie), chocolate orange and blackcurrent. But honestly, they all taste amazing! Would recommend to anyone who likes macrons and hope to take the cookery class sometime in the near future :)

This adorable little shop was filled with delightful treats of all shapes sizes and colours. I decided to go for a large macaron because it looked so epic and was not disappointed. This was a lemon one with leom curd in the middle which was deliciously sharp but sweet - with the right amount of tang. They got packed in these cute little boxes which was great and then scoffed them quickly. A great place for a treat.
