   We would definitely recommend a break here! We have stayed in the Mallard accommodation as a family of 4 plus grandparents and just had a fantastic time. There are 5 joined houses but whilst we were aware of other people we felt that we had enough privacy and were able to enjoy time inside and outside as a group. Constant tennis and the gym was fantastic for our 10 and 15 year old and the pool was just right too. Debbie and Mark have clearly put alot of thought and effort into the properties and it shows; we felt there was a lovely sense of homeliness whilst also definitely having luxury touches everywhere. The location is beautifully rural and we were even welcomed by the host chickens (marmalade and ginger) who were really friendly although didn't intrude too much.

   Our family of 4 adults plus 2 children have just returned from a holiday in Mallard. Accommodation was first rate, tastefully and comprehensively equipped everywhere but especially in the kitchen department. Everything was spotlessly clean with good quality bed linen and towels. Even pool towels were provided. Our hosts were welcoming and very helpful and have obviously put considerable thought into the needs of guests. There was a plentiful and varied supply of DVDs, games and books and even an honesty shop for any forgotten essential. The pool was a great hit with us all, warm and a great system for keeping your own equipment as well as things to borrow. The system of booking a session worked very well and ensured fairness for all. The outside area was extensive and beautifully maintained. Would not hesitate to recommend. Our grateful thanks to our hosts and thank you for an amazing experience.

   Indoor swimming pool, tennis courts and gym. These family operated holiday lets have everything you need for a relaxing weekend break.. Kitchen is well stocked and there's loads of DVDs and games available to borrow.
