   We recently toured the UK for three months, stating in various dog friendly cottages, and I can honestly say the level of care and service we got from Gail outstripped others by miles. From the minute I first spoke to her I was confident that this part of my trip was going to be supported in the best of ways. Gail is very attentive, nothing is too much bother and she is incredibly responsive. She approaches everything with a wonderful sense of humour and really “gets” going on holiday with dogs and the challenges it can present. As such, not only was I completely informed about everything to do with Wilfred’s farm, she also helped me to find other accommodation and provided me with excellent advice when one of the other cottages we were staying in wasn’t quite meeting requirements. Gail goes above and beyond to support you in the properties she manages, but also really cares about you and your dogs having a great time- even when you’re staying elsewhere! How lucky we are to have found Gail and Pack Holidays. Thank you so much x

   Another amazing stay with Pack Holidays. Gail goes above and beyond as do the owners. Recently had our third stay at Poets Corner and will undoubtedly be back again next year. Everything you could possibly need to be comfortable and have a fab holiday for both humans and dogs is provided. I think this is about our seventh holiday with Pack Holidays and it will always be our first go to for our pack. Poets Corner has a wonderful layout, fabulous new ensuite and large garden, perfect for our collie and spaniel zoomies plus the underfloor heating is an absolute win for our doggies every time.    Pack Holidays is brilliant! We have used pack holidays 3 times now. Each time has been a wonderful break for us and our pack of 5 dogs. We have stayed at 3 different locations, offered by pack holidays and each time, the houses have been beautiful, clean, tidy, warm and welcoming. As an older customer, we needed help booking online and found Gail most understanding and very helpful. We highly recommend Pack Holidays for holidays with dogs.

   Gail was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish of the booking process. Responding very quickly to any questions asked. I would highly recommend using pack holidays to anyone with dogs, especially multiple dogs. We were a group of friends that go away once a year and have 5 dogs between us, so it is very difficult to get accommodation to suit this. Pack holidays made it very easy for us with their dog friendly accommodation to choose from. Lots of toys, blankets and even dog tags with the address of cottage on were thoughtful touches. We enjoyed our stay at Eden Cottages in Bacton Norfolk and the enclosed garden was absolutely fabulous for the dogs to come and go as they pleased, with us all feeling that they were safe and could not escape.    Had a wonderful and relaxing week at Heath Cottage. We love the area anyway, but this part of Norfolk feels particularly relaxing. The cottage has everything you need to go through a week away from it all (other than a trip to the nearby Tesco that is!). We have a very reactive dog, and the location was perfect for him, so highly recommended especially if you have a similar doggy issue. Also, a quick nod to Gail at Pack Holidays who sorted me out with a replacement key for the one I managed to lose. Fast and very helpful!

   Cannot recommend Pack Holidays highly enough. They are THE most dog friendly cottages I have ever found! No breed restrictions and excellent if you have a large number of dogs. Recently stayed at Primrose cottage in Winterton on Sea, last year at West Cottage Waxham. Both lovely houses, very clean, full of local information and lovely welcome packs for both humans and dogs. Gail is brilliant at sorting out any needs you may have, we had to change our dates this year and it was no problem at all. All sorted with no fuss. If you are looking for an excellent range of dog friendly cottages then look no further, you will not find better.

   Excellent holiday company, Gail goes above and beyond to make sure you and your pets have an excellent vacation. Couldn’t fault them at all. We stayed at Swann cottage in Happisburgh and the cottage was top spec and super safe for dogs with its fully enclosed garden. The owner Lesley has done a cracking job making sure that our stay here was superb.

   Had a lovely week with our two teenagers and two dogs at The Milking Parlour in Honing. The pictures on the website do not do it justice - it really is a lovely, warm and comfortable cottage in beautiful surroundings teaming with wildlife. Our host Jane was extremely warm and welcoming and left us a lovely welcome pack which was devoured within 24 hours due to 2 hungry kids. We've never been to Norfolk before and were pleasantly surprised with it - it's a really pretty county which came across as really dog friendly. I would also highly recommend Pack Holidays who were extremely efficient and very helpful with queries - we'd definitely use them again.

   Neaps, Hickling A perfect winter weekend escape! We enjoyed a fabulous long-weekend at Neaps. The cottage itself is beautiful, very well equipped with a great size and very secure garden for 2 bouncy hounds to run around in, while being within easy reach of several dog-friendly attractions and sandy and beautifully clean beaches (Sea Palling, Horsey, Winterton). Visiting the seals at Horsey Gap was a real treat and something we would definitely return for. A great time had by all!

   Oak Cottage, East Ruston Pack holidays is truly dog friendly and I was able to bring all 6 of my dogs. Amazing cottage with a large secure garden in a quiet location so even my anxious and reactive dogs were relaxed. The cottage had everything you could wish for and was in a great location with a lovely quiet dog friendly beach just a short drive away. Would highly recommend
