The holiday cottage/chalet itself was fine and exactly what we expected, and we really enjoyed our stay. We were warm, all the facilities were working (oven, fridge, toaster etc). We loved the beach literally on our doorstep, plus the easy access to Cromer and other resorts. We hated the road into the holiday cottage, too many pot holes to avoid, and even though it's an unadopted road, l would have thought the residents would try and fill them! Do not be fooled, it was a 3 or so minute drive from hell each time we left the premises. And watch out not to lose your small dog down a pothole if you take it out after dark.
