   Richard was a great mortgage advisor he had managed to get us a mortgage quickly and for cheaper then we had originally been offered from a different lender. He also had set up life insurance along with assessed other insurance policies and also had explained all we needed to know in good detail so that we were able to go forward with our purchase with as much ease as possible.

   We worked with Rabia Miah at Connells Rushden. She showed us two properties and although we didn’t proceed with neither, we found Rabia an exquisitely professional and knowledgeable. She was willing to explain and share knowledge and experience. She handled the situation with the first house at which one of the requirements was not fitting our profile and I said there is no point to look at the rest, so she proposed to show us another property straight away. The second was also very good catch with a huge potential but simply not matching all our preferences. I liked how she worked and reacted and I even wrote a very long email with precise explanations of what we’re looking for with examples of houses that meet the requirements but got sold before the weekend when we were only able to househunt. I only did this email with specific explanations for her as I liked how she works and wanted for her to get in our brains. It was just that in the meantime we found the House and concluded our search but it was nice to meet and work with Rabia. Thank you for your work, Rabia.

Didn't take too long to get offers and a buyer, sold within 7 months. Just slacking slightly on updates & chasing for information with regard to the buyers. Otherwise, staff friendly.
