George was our estate agent and albeit the sale of our house was turbulent through no fault of his own, he provided support, guidance and knowledge whilst keeping us in the loop throughout our whole journey to completion, would highly recommend George and his team to overlook any house sale in the local area.
I sold and purchased through Charles Orlebar: I strongly recommend this company. The team and in particular George. From the start with professional pictures of the house and the video to the end of completion with an agent with my keys waiting at the new home with a box of goodies after a long day. (The wine went down a treat). When we had a few hiccups along the way , George went the extra mile to not only sort out problems but gave the reassurance that was much needed.

Charles Orlebar sold my 3 bed house in Rushden. They were very professional and when the initial sale fell through due to affordability Liz and George were able to secure a new sale within weeks at a higher purchase price. I have found them to be reliable and professional and have recommended them to friends. Would definitely use them again.
Rather poor service. I am selling a beautiful 2 beds appartement in Higham Ferrers. I decided to use two estate agents to sale the property. However, Charles Orlebar is rather arrogant in thinking only they should sale the property as “it makes me look desperate”. How offensive and unprofessional on their part. I am most concerned about their lack of openness and honesty - they knew I had contacted other estate agents. They in fact visited the property at the time as another local estate agent. Maybe they could have been clearer about this matter before visiting the property. I do not believe they are more qualified then any other estate agent in the region. However, I am a little concerned by the lack of transparency. Highly recommended if you want to waste your time.
A friend recommended Charles Orlebar to us stating she would never use anyone else. So, despite them, by their own admission, not being the cheapest, we decided to give them a try. So glad we did ..no pushy sales talk. Just honest, efficient, decent service. So I would also now say “don’t use anyone else” Liz and George were a pleasure to deal with
Wonderful service from the team at Charles Orlebar who create great informative ads for the homes they put on sale, including realistic photos and videos. Service right through from viewing to completion was proactive, efficient, compassionate and friendly. A Huge thank you to George who saw the purchase through from start to finish and Liz who facilitated multiple viewings. I would highly recommend!
