Just saw Avatar in IMAX 3D and it was incredible! The visuals and sound were mind-blowing—truly immersive. Plus, parking was super easy and convenient. Highly recommended

I had a terrible experience yesterday trying to book two seats for Avatar at 3.00pm this afternoon. The online system didn't appear to work at all. I tried to buy them twice on line and no confirmation that my purchase came through came up on the screen on either attempt. That being the case, I drove to the cinema to buy the tickets that I needed in the foyer. That worked and I went to see the film this afternoon with a friend of mine as a 67th birthday treat! It was great! When I got home, I found to my astonishment that the two purchases that appeared to have failed went straight into the spam. I'm not used to checking my spam every day! This being the case, I ended up purchasing tickets three times for the same movie, costing me a fortune. To make matters worse there is no real person that I can find to contact to claim a refund for the unneeded tickets that I was led to believe hadn't been purchased, due to your online system being utter rubbish. I don't have a lot of money and I can't afford to be ripped off like this. I need someone at your end to contact me to help me sort this out. I am in the phone book.

Great experience almost every single gle time. IMAX experience is definitely worth for the movies demanding that experience. The lobby has good lighting, nice seating arrangements, and clean floors. The staff is almost always pleasant and nice. Clean toilets. Hot food is decent, but the pick and mix section, and the customisable drink dispenser are the highlights. Even when there was a problem with the projector once, the staff fixed it quickly, and no one got angry too!

Great Cinema, nice smooth process from scanning ticket to getting my seat. Really enjoyed the film too. Would recommend going to see I Swear.

Our recent visit to Odeon Cinemas was a fantastic experience! I went with my family to watch The Lion King, and it was truly a memorable outing. The cinema had a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere, making it a great spot for a family day out. The popcorn was fresh and absolutely delicious—definitely a highlight for all of us! The drinks were decent, though they could perhaps offer a wider selection or ensure the current options are a bit more chilled. Despite that, the snacks overall were enjoyable and added to the experience. One thing that stood out (and not entirely in a good way) was the length of the ads before the movie started. They seemed to go on for quite a while, which made the wait for the main feature feel longer than it should have. While I understand ads are part of the experience, trimming them down a little would definitely improve the overall enjoyment. That said, the quality of the movie and the comfort of the seats really made up for it. The sound and picture were crystal clear, and the immersive experience of watching The Lion King on the big screen was unforgettable. Overall, I’d highly recommend Odeon Cinemas for anyone looking for a good family-friendly cinema. With a little tweak on the ad length, it would be perfect. I look forward to our next visit!

Great cinema place, good organisation and nice rooms. Possibility to choose the type of comfort you want in your chair. One thing to get better, popcorn with no flavour. No available food that was being advertised on the menu.

Not sure why the Premier seats are so expensive, I couldn't recline them or anything, unless I just couldn't see properly.. I did lose my earring though and went back 2hrs later and after a bit of pushing, they had found it and kept it. Wasn't too loud in the screening

Great place, however it lost a few stars due to the process of ordering food. You could only order at the food counter if you was paying cash. Otherwise you needed to go back to the machine area and place your food order via that. Once you get your receipt you need to wait for your order number to be called before you can get your food. The process is LOOOONG!
