   Simply wonderful. We were a party of 6 adults with 6 children from 2 to 9. James very kindly allowed the pool to be used a week out of the regular season and the children loved it……as did the adults. James kept close enough if we needed him but equally he and his team kept their distance. It was good to meet him on our last day to express our gratitude in person. The house is spacious and and has been designed and fitted out to an extremely high standard but equally it was cosy and comfortable. Room for improvement…….possibly, a heavier set of darts in the games room!

   What a house. We’ve just returned from a family Christmas at Godwick Hall. The house itself has everything and more. Such a homely, beautiful place to spend Christmas. The location is beautiful, the house had everything we needed and the service from James was fantastic. We enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi, as an extra special treat and were grateful for the treats and gifted Turkey we received. I would definitely stay here again.

   Godwick hall, what a place to get married!! From start to finish the service & communication was excellent. Special thanks Debbie-Lee who was our event manager & made it totally stress free for ourselves & our guests. Debbie-Lee understood exactly how we wanted the day to run & tuned it to perfection. The Hall & grounds were stunning & made our day absolutely perfect!

   Stayed here for a friend's wedding. A smidge on the expensive side but crikey, everything was perfect so from a value for money perspective, absolutely bang on. Fluffy towels, beds you won't want to get out of, a pool to splash about in, and a snooker table for some indoor action! It's even less than a 5 minute walk to the wedding barn, so perfect if you need to stay 'next door'. I'd love to be back, but hoping my friends never get married again!

   My wife and I just got married at Godwick and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience! We also used the accommodations for our wedding party and the whole property is beautiful and comfortable. The rooms in the houses are so spacious and luxurious. The hall itself is such a perfect place for a wedding/reception and all of our guests loved it. My wife and I are SO happy we chose Godwick and are blown away by the staff and James (the owner) and his kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend!

   The most incredible house! We hired Godwick Hall, the Shepherds Huts and the Stables as accommodation for our wedding at Godwick Barn. The Hall was amazing to spend the weekend at, we loved the pool and games room in particular. Beautiful views from all rooms and the most comfortable beds.

   Stayed for a friend's wedding in one of the shepherds huts and inside. Hut was so lovely and well-kitted out, though you need a BBQ or camping stove. The inside room was amazing! Though it could have done with some frosting on the loo window (nothing embarrassing, but did make you feel a bit self-conscious). Well well done kitchen and other rooms.

   Great place to discover local history. Information boards around the area give an insight into the lost village. Very quiet location. Make sure you go past the first set of buildings and follow the farm track further down to get to the main car park next to the big hall to start your trip around to follow the information boards

   We had our long-awaited wedding at the Barn. The night before, and night of the wedding, our family stayed in the Hall as well. I'd give 1000 stars if I could, and it's not just because I'm still all hopped up on my wedding high! The Godwick team are an amazing set of people who genuinely care about the work they do, as well as making every effort that you have the best day of your life. They were a dream to work with. And they made sure our day was perfect, which it absolutely was. The Hall is gorgeous and made a really nice space for our family to stay, and all of us to get ready together. We received so many compliments about both the Barn and Hall from our guests. And even without their compliments, it was a dream venue to spend the most important day of our life at. Thank you for everything, guys. And for anyone considering a holiday or a wedding here, you will not be disappointed.
