   Absolute blast, the staff, were friendly, They worked very hard in the entertainment, department, kept the evenings going, Swimming was great fun. I really enjoyed my week stay with friends, The caravan was a bit past it best, curtains were hanging on by a thread, but it served its purpose. If you want lots of fun and relaxation, I would recommend The food prices weren't so bad, good portions. The cost of a glass of cola, "£5" umm I would recommend you take your own, very expensive for a dash of syrup and fizzy water. No complaints other than that, go enjoy yourselves

   We have just returned from a weekend break at Hopton - wow! Absolutely amazing in every respect. We chose a bronze caravan, it was immaculate and had everything we needed. I noticed there was no hairdryer so phoned reception and one was delivered to the caravan, with a smile, within 20 minutes. I can't cover all the points but food was very good and well priced. There were plenty of vegan options. I would like to make a special mention for Little Tom in the Garden Room Restaurant. What a lovely, friendly, attentive lad, knowledgable and efficient. He made our whole table feel incredibly valued. What an asset he is to the Haven team. There is SO much for children to do, in all weathers. The entertainment team are incredible and put on a show to rival any I've seen before at Butlins, theatres (Panto) and the like. We cannot wait to come back soon.

   Brilliant our of term time as nice and quiet. The baby pool was a bit to cold so that was a shame. But good staff great set up. Beautiful location and love the big duck pond and little parks scattered around. So close to the beach and it's a beautiful beach.

   Absolutely recommend! Honestly the best holiday park me and my family have visited. Entertainment is amazing! Something for everyone. Don't even get me started about the food its absolutely delish! Lots to do (swiming arcades ect) the staff are absolutely amazing massive thank you to them!

   Always loved the place but customer service standards are going downhill quickly. From overcharging in the shop to bar areas not being cleared with dirty glasses not collected or washed. Since Bourne Leisure were taken over by a private equity company standards have dropped and the number of visiting acts have reduced and sometimes got worse in standard
