Ness Point is the easternmost point of the UK, offering wide, open views over the North Sea. The landscape feels stark and exposed, with the sea, sky and wind dominating the experience. Although it sits within an industrial and port area, the focus here is the horizon and the feeling of standing at the very edge of the land. Raw, windy and visually striking, especially in changing light and weather.

Most easterly point in Britain, but very neglected. Access is down a minor road passed a factory and a pumping station. Limited parking on the lip of the seawall but excellent views east across the North Sea.

Great free parkup for motorhomes. Fantastic views. Worth a 10 mini walk round to the Bird's-eye outlet shop - genuine Bird's-eye products at half price or less!

If you are interested in being at the most easterly point in England then this is the place to be! Tucked away behind the birds eye factory on an industrial estate, looks like at some point it was made quite fancy but now a bit run down.

I liked the slightly isolated feel of Ness Point. The park area nearby has been beautifully designed. The industrial area gave it real atmosphere and the dial with the equinoxes and distance to various places was interesting.

Don't visit, it is garbage! Nothing like Lands' End. You will walk on the coast next to industrial sites, it is not very special. If you want a nice coastal walk go to Great Yarmouth.

Free parking, and a great viewpoint. Yes, it's out the back of the bird's eye factory, but it's the most easterly point in mainland Britain, so worthy of the trip! (No tickets needed, it gets busy at summer solstice, it requires commitment to get up that early, but it can be worth it!)

For the geeky element ✨️ would of been nice to have marked the spot a little differently. Poor weather meant we couldn't go for much of a walk but would be nice on a calmer warmer day

The furthest point East in the UK. This is simply a giant compass, with details of how far it is to.... (Name the place). To get here, you can either walk from cortin way, next to the beach, or from the side of the port. It's always windy there, hence the wind farms, so dress for the weather, but enjoy the sea breeze. No wheelchair access, no parking nearby, but totally free. If you have a lot of things to do in the area, on limited time. This would be the one to skip.
