   I am very happy with the Norfolk cleaning groups service. I was unable to see the finished clean as away, so they very helpfully sent me before and after photo's and video's.    We are very disappointed with the service we have received. The Norfolk cleaning company did a deep clean on our property, The fridge/freezer had been turned off at the power switch which had to have been done during the cleaning process. We had been away while the property had been cleaned, came back and we had to throw all our food out. It is very disappointing to think that you do not believe your customers. We haven’t even had an apology regarding the matter! If nothing else, hopefully this can be a lesson for yourselves to prevent this happening again.

   Based on reviews I contracted Norfolk Cleaning Group to provide cleaning and laundry to a 4 bedroom holiday let. A typical weekly clean with laundry came to over £270. Whilst not awful the standard and consistency has been variable. My experience has differed significantly from many of the reviews I relied on to make my selection.

   Having spent hours googling who to go to, I took the plunge following reading the reviews and chose The Norfolk Cleaning. They are a great option to go for when searching for a home cleaning company. They even arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time, they offered to start at once or they could wait those 10 minutes if needed. Very nice! They didn't fail to make the house smell fresh and clean. They brought the cleaning supplies and equipment, all of good quality, and paid incredible attention to detail. Not a single corner was left without cleaning. It's always nice to come home to a nice and clean house. They are a trustworthy company that does a wonderful job!
