   This company charges superior prices for inferior work. As I am currently by myself with a baby for few weeks I have asked Jude for help with cleaning. I have been charged £72 for 3h of work (1.5h between the two ladies). They did bathroom, kitchen light dusting in living room and floors. We have a two bed house. The kitchen was cleaned well aside from the floor. The floor in the whole house as been cleaned very badly, crumbs, dog hair, dust clumps still present after the ladies left, not touched skirtings at all or under the bed. The floors were mopped so wet I had to wait an hour before being able to move off the sofa. The carpet on the landing and stairs still very much full of dog hair after. The bathroom was also not done properly. I am finding the sink and toilet appear almost untouched. 3 hours work in a two-bedroom house with not a massive amount of floor space should look different after 3h of professional clean. My husband usually does the whole house in 2 hours and does a better job of it. I have asked various friends and have been told this was a bit of a rip-off and a very shoddy job by every single one of them. After sharing my disappointment AND PHOTOS with the business owner there was no acknowledgement nor apology. I was advised I have not booked enough time for them to clean the house properly, as I mentioned before it does not take 4h to do a regular house clean of a two bed house. After I shared my review on Fb I was privately contacted and asked to stop sharing and argued with before I had to block private texts from the business owner.

   Blossom Cleaning come to do our morning cafe cleans 5 days a week at The Cat House, and we love them! All the cleaners are friendly, polite and listen well to our requirements - which are slightly different due to having 20 cats on site (all wanting to help with the cleaning too!). We highly recommend them for domestic or business cleaning, they are a professional, down to earth business with Jude at the helm - such a lovely lady!

   As soon as I met Jude I felt totally at ease. Having had some poor experiences with cleaners before, it’s always a worry but she’s amazing. Very friendly, reassuring and trustworthy. To top it off, the cleaning of my bnb was faultless. Clearly takes pride in her work and her business. Can’t recommend more highly :)

   I am delighted with the service Blossom have provided for my domestic cleaning and have also employed them to clean our offices and small warehouse. Some of our employees use them too now! The staff are efficient , friendly and attentive and Jude communicates very well should any (very rare) changes be required. We honestly couldn't be happier with the cleaning service and quality and highly recommend Blossom to anyone.
