   I went to multiple large supermarkets with one simple task, to find some plastic or wooden disposable cutlery. Couldn't find any in the main stores, came here after a reccomendation and they had some. Cheap and staff friendly. Handy little shop.

   I just moved to Norwich and I didn't know which key cutter shall I go so first I went to Timpson and just asked how much is a key cutting, he said basic £8 but what I need it's gonna be £12. I thought it's quite expensive so I started to search online and I found this shop and I asked them how much will cost that type of key what I need? They said between £4-5. Next day I went to the shop and asked to cut me a key, the guy was ready with my key in 3 min.

   What an excellent store this is, i felt so comfortable in here i felt like asking someone to put the kettle on, the staff are friendly and helpful, the stock is immense and on display in an easy to find manner, they had everything i went in there hoping to find, and at a decent, realistic price, parking outside can be difficult but that's no fault of the store. I have only been here three times now, but it will be my regular store for my hardware from now on.

   Firstly I don`t normally leave reviews however I feel I must on this occasion. Whenever I have the need to visit this store I am always amazed by the customer service they provide. The last 2 occasions I have visited with the intention of buying something, they offer their advice and I find they are bang on with advice and end up not spending anything. Always smiling and great with problem solving. Promise I`ll buy something next time even if I don`t need it, advice only won`t keep the doors open and I`d be lost without you. Keep up the great work guys, for the not so talented D.I.Y.ers like myself you are a lifesaver.

   I have used this store a few times over the past few months which has a very good selection of DIY and other items at reasonable prices. The staff are very friendly and helpful (excellent customer service). I also want to support these independent companies through these extraordinary plandemic hard times (they need us) and personally no longer use large companies where possible. You will not receive the same standard of customer service from Amazon or any of the larger DIY chains. HELP SAVE OUR HIGH STREET SHOPS !!
