I have to say that I wasn't looking for a miracle.. The carpets, although good quality, are at least 20 years old, and have been subjected to fairly intense abuse - parties, and kids.. I have a VAX, but have never been able to get anything like a decent clean. As a last ditch effort to put off re carpeting for a couple of years, I put out some feelers, and was recommended Connoisseur. Karl turned up with all the gear, and within a couple of hours, I have been left with a clean far beyond my expectations! Good, efficient service and great results at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend.
