I spent a fun filled day here with my two grandchildren. Their favourite parts were definitely the ride on tractors and the pumpkin patch maze. As well as a cafe, there were plenty of picnic tables, and a picnic barn for wet/cold weather. The playground was well equipped and we spent a lot of time there. They also loved the pigs, cows, goats and ponies. The only thing I felt disappointed about was that it wasn't until I'd already bought our tickets online that I saw a sign in the shop that paying entry to the pumpkin patch gave free entry to the farm. That would have worked out far cheaper. However, in spite of that, we enjoyed our day at your lovely farm.

Standalone Farm is a lovely, compact, and friendly working farm that offers a classic farmyard experience. It's particularly praised for being a perfect size for toddlers and young children, as it's not too vast, making it easily manageable with buggies and little legs. My wife and I visiting on a Saturday afternoon appreciated the focus on a traditional farm experience, allowing our grandson to get up close with animals and learn about farm life in a gentle, educational way.

Great day out here with the kids. Nice little farm. First time here. It is clear that the animals are well looked after. Cafe food was delicious though a bit pricey. Very friendly staff. Great range of farm animal. Tractor ride was not on though so my son wasnt happy about that. Play area is fab which was good. Would visit again.

Great day out, loads for the kids to do. I enjoyed feeding the goats and cows! Unfortunately the drinks kiosk was closed and the train was only running in the morning. The kids loved the play area and the pedal tractors. Nice food in the cafe and plenty of space to go for a walk round the fields and see the animals. I’ll definitely be going again!

Great place to visit with kids and not just, however, it can be great fun for the little ones especially, of course. The whole territory of the farm being kept tidy and organised, therefore it can be a good place to visit any time throughout the year. There's a nice, big playground for kids (under construction/refurbishment as of August 2022). There are different activities at certain times that kids can be involved in: cow milking, animal feeding and different talks. Last but not least, there are different seasonal activities and programs that can be an extra reason for visiting, or even returning to this lovely place. Coffee shop, parking lots, a souvenir/gift shop and toilets are also available on the site, so it can be comfortably visited and even a full day spent here.

Go here frequently with my 1 year old. She loves it! Lots of animals to see, got to feed the lambs in spring. Lots of big open space for picnics. Large play area for big and small kids. They have things going on through the day, trailer rides in the summer etc. we have the annual pass, and it’s really paid off. Would highly recommend if your local.
