   If I could give no stars to this business believe me I would. It was not my choice to hire them but they were contracted by the property management service of my letting agency. It is astounding that the people at G&M are able to maintain a business after the lack of professionalism, integrity, and formality I have witnessed. The first sign of this was when someone at the company named George lied and said to our property manager he had already performed the work, when in fact he had not even contacted me to arrange a time and date to do it. After this, he decided to randomly show up one day at my door to see what the job consisted of, no prior calls or nothing. He said he would come later that week, but of course no one did, and after that our property manager had to constantly chase this company to perform the work they had already agreed to do. When they finally came, after more than a month of chasing them, they performed a back yard cleaning in less than half an hour. The yard is small but it was noticeable that the people at G&M did not want to do the job and did the bare minimum to comply. After they left, I realised they had actually taken all the garden waste and dumped it into a bin that is clearly used to hold garden equipment and pots. No doubt this is a sign of the pettiness in which these people conduct themselves.
