   Trying to find a company these days can be a nightmare. You want your money to buy the best service you can get. Our carpet had seen the grandchildren and all the adventures of eating and painting that they had enjoyed. Throw in the mix precious pets and you have a really dirty carpet. We chose MK solutions because the reviews were good plus they are a local firm which we like to support. Well as my husband said “We got good old fashioned service”. Mark arrived on time. Took a look and got on with his job. An excellent result and our old dirty carpets had been transformed. Mark even added another area of carpet which we hadn’t included and cleaned that too as he said it completed the job. If only others worked as hard to give such excellent service. Highly recommended and a job well done.

   Mark came prompt on time, very humble extremely polite and cautiously worked around the furniture and putting it back in it place. Mark assessed the rooms that need carpet shampooing. He brought this amazing monster machine from the van which stays outside your house with very very long attachments of hoses that one is used for dispensing and spraying 70 degrees hot ionised water and other one for sucking out the dirty water from wet carpet which goes into the base unit of machine. The machine was SO QUITE...I was super impressed! The carpet is left very very mildly wet..but 24 hours later the carpet goes alive and becomes a vibrant colour that you laid when it was New. And The weave and bounce of carpet has just become beautiful looking like a " brand New Pile " Mark did an awesome job and i will certainly use his services again and I would undoubtedly "HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM" He is very good with his job.

   I can not rate MK Solutions high enough. Easy quote, arrived on time and most importantly saved me a fortune. I was close to getting new carpets as the grime was so old and embedded. MK Solutions fixed the problem with a value for money deep clean. My 'dead' carpets were brought back to life. Awesome. I highly recommend and will certainly use them again.

   This is the second time we have used MK Solutions. First time they cleaned our fabric dining chairs, which looked like new afterwards. Our bedroom carpet is 16 years old and we were thinking of replacing as was looking rather used, replacing it would be a pain due to the heavy furniture in the room. MK cleaned the carpet and it looks as good as new, really pleased and saved us time and hassle with replacing the carpet. So this time, one of our cats had obviously urinated on a carpeted floor and it stank!! MK came over and cleaned it and the smell has completely gone! They also checked over other carpets and found to our horror that our pets had urinated in lots of other places! MK cleaned them all. Cannot recommend MK enough, friendly service, quick and efficient and such a good job done.

   O.m.g just wow.... As in wow... I say this not lightly one bit. I support a disabled man in his home who was moving and desperatly needed to have his deposit returned. Knowing he wanted to have the place clean he reached out to these people. All I can say is thank you on my employers behalf because both the landlady and her son who checked over the place, and myself were overwhelmed by the quality of the job The comments came in thick n fast and not surprising. The floors shone, the carpets were amazingly clean, the sides gleamed, my employer beamed and the whole place was so fresh. Reliable trustworthy and did a fantastic job and my employer received full deposit so money well spent.. Thank you so much. I could have taken so many more
