I hate buying bras! So I went to Bravissimo Norwich last Friday with the usual feeling of trepidation. What a lovely surprise I had when I was met by the reassuring young lady behind the desk Lauren. She was really friendly and straight away I felt more relaxed. I didn't have an appointment but was seen straight away by Emma who within 10 minutes had found the best bra I've ever worn, and I'm 71. I bought 2. I came away with more self confidence, and with my boob's in the right place for a change. yay. I wanted to give my new found support and comfort a good test before writing a review to make sure that my love for my new bra is going to last. Oh yes, my clothes look better and there are no wires, seams or straps digging in or poking me in the ribs. I forget I've got it on and no more sighs of relief when I take it off. Thank you to both lovely ladies.
After being consistently fitted incorrectly at M&S and spending lots of money on ill fitting bras there I measured myself using an online calculator and popped into bravissimo with my new estimation. My sales assistant took one look at the M&S bra I was in and said "way too big on the band and small in the cup" and got me a selection of bras that not only fit amazing but selected cup shapes for me that most suit and support my boobs and spent almost 40 minutes with me making sure what I was purchasing were an exact fit. M&S had me in a 38E and I left bravissimo in a 34GG(seriously, it was that good I kept the new bra on and left my old one there for their recycling service) feeling extremely comfortable and supported. I had such a great experience here thanks to one of the staff members, Toni. They were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable — truly went above and beyond to help me find the right fit. Shopping for bras can sometimes be uncomfortable, Toni made me feel completely at ease. Their product knowledge was impressive, and they took the time to really understand what I needed rather than just pushing a sale. I left feeling confident and happy with my purchase. Highly recommend this store — especially if you're looking for genuine, helpful service! Experience was a couple of weeks ago and the bra is still fantastic and gets worn all the time! Having been in a customer service field for many years, in a former career, I was so highly impressed with Maisie’s level of attention and genuine compassion and care for trying to meet my needs. I explained what I wanted and very quickly Maisie was on the case. She came back with 6 options, 2 of which I fell in love with. She was ever-so helpful and very quickly made me feel like I wasn’t a customer, but a trusted friend I could bounce off of. I absolutely felt looked after and I knew that she would be honest with me. Her knowledge about specific brands and what kind of bra would achieve my desired look, was second to none. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Maisie. She’s an absolute gem and when I do go back for my next bra at Bravissimo, I’m personally requesting her. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience.
Absolutely excellent experience. This was the first time I have ever been fitted for a bra and the lady that did it ( I'm afraid I can't remember her name but it began with an 'A' could not have been more knowledgeable or helpful. I bought two bras of very good quality and Jess on the paydesk could not have been nicer, chatty and friendly and full of good advice too. I will definitely be going back, probably for some of their beautiful swimwear. Highly recommended.
The staff where very knowledgeable and friendly they all worked with a smile on there faces. They helped me find the perfect bra and in the correct size. As a plus sized woman it is hard to find bras and to be helped by such a friendly team is amazing. The bra I bought is stylish and supportive, it is also suitable for my needs. I will be buying from them again.
I visited the store for the first time, on recommendation from John Lewis. Freya was brilliant and knowledgeable on all the bra selections in the shop. She selected a number of lovely coloured bras, not your normal white, skin tone or black ones for us bigger ladies. I purchased three bras, in lovely colours and two pairs of support knickers. I will be definitely using Bravissimo again for their super service, bra selection and colour choices. Thank you Freya.
I visit this shop on Monday not knowing what to expect. I met Julie who put me at ease and made choosing a bra which was the right fit a positive experience. I could not believe how comfortable my new bras were. Nothing was too much trouble and she made choosing a bra fun. I brought three bras and happy with the service from the rest of the staff. It has become my happy place.
