   Shout out to Anna! I visited Boux having not been sized in years and feeling a bit like a fish out of water when it came to bra shopping. I was completely put off by any bra with a wire after experiencing pain from years of incorrect sizing. All staff were so welcoming and chatty but Anna was an absolute star- she was patient and spent a good 40 minutes helping me find out my size, trying different styles to see what was most comfortable and making recommendations for my body shape. I left the store feeling much more body confident- and for the first time ever, actually comfortable in what I was wearing!!

   Visited today with my daughter, we both had a fitting with Katie, such an amazing service and attention to detail on service, we love boux avenue products and I had a bra from here that I live and die in I needed a couple of replacements and Katie helped me find the right style for me and checked the fitting! She also helped my daughter buy two beautiful bras. Amazing service, such friendly knowledgeable staff and great products that are beautiful and last❤️

   After shopping here for the past few years and getting the items gift wrapped, today I was told you buy the gift box and scents but have to pack your own. Where has the customer experience gone, think I will be going else where from now on. Really frustrating that the little touches and the convenience has gone ☹️
