   I booked a trip to Mexico online, I wanted to upgrade my seats but online app wouldn’t do it. I went in to store and asked for assistance, I meet Annie, even though her colleague stated “booked online need to call yourself” … she helped me ignoring her and the very unprofessional hand gestures her colleague was doing and continued with a smile made the call booked my seats on both planes and gave me a very good customer experience. I book 3-4 holidays per year via tui online app… from now on I book these through Annie in store. Customer service at its finest. Thank you again see you for my next holiday

   We recently visited the TUI store at MK Stadium to book our wedding and honeymoon, and we had the pleasure of being looked after by Carrie. From start to finish, she was absolutely fantastic. We popped into the store a couple of times and also communicated over email, and every interaction showed how attentive, patient, and genuinely helpful she is. Because we were booking such an important trip (our wedding abroad) we really wanted everything to be perfect. Carrie completely understood that and went above and beyond to make sure we found the ideal holiday and the best wedding package for us. Her knowledge, support, and attention to detail made the whole process stress-free and exciting. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received.    After getting persuaded to go on a snowboarding trip with a group, I was put in touch with Teresa to sort out my own flight as a last minute addition. After a couple of back/forth calls (down to poor phone signal on my part) Teresa was able to get my booking sorted whilst making it a fun and thoroughly enjoyable experience. I can safely say I've not had another phonecard with a travel operator quite like it. I'm also looking for flights to another destination in March and will certainly be calling back for help and advice.

   What can i say about this fab team #lola #alex #ryan and the rest of the team team! They were so patient used their expertise to find us a great holiday to the Maldives! #bandosmaldives it was Cost effective, stunning and brilliant transfers! So of course as soon as we was home, I called up and booked another one to Thailand for next year!! Lola made it so easy to find hotels that are a perfect match and excursion ideas! Can’t recommend highly enough x thanks all
