Dawood was extremely helpful from start to finish with Umrah visa and arrg. He was professional, patient, and transport. quick to respond to any questions or changes. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I felt confident knowing everything was well taken care of. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to anyone planning their travels.
I would like to say I have had a bad experience with this travel agency still waiting for a manager to call no call been 2 weeks since I have been back. the trip was booked and was said the hotels and taxi included each hotel we went to had to wait 3 to 4 hours first hotel was not nice rooms were in a bad condition. I then was with my small child and wife outside the hotel waiting no booking confirmation ref number were not sent so while i was in Saudi had to keep calling the agency no answer. The sales agent said he done me a good deal when the other firm was charging £200 more that I should of paid with breakfast and better hotels, the taxi on one ride took us to the wrong hotel and the booking was wrong and the communication from agent to taxi firm was poor. Best to stay away from this firm pay a little more they don’t even have the courtesy to get a manager to call me and I have sent messages on wtapp he did not want to give me manager name so I can complain as was my first trip to Saudi to perform Umrah was really disappointing in Saudi was beautiful Allah home but the agency not good 1 star I would give zero if I can.
Alhamdulilah what can I say. Myself and 2 other brothers were looking at packages to go Umrah for the last 10nights of Ramadan and also stay on after Eid. After contacting several other companies I’m glad we came across Quba Tours. Shared our ideal plan and what quotes we’ve had so far brother Dawood was quick to assure us he can do better and Alhamdulilah he delivered and also in total managed to get us 18 nights in 5star hotels close to both masjids which was a blessing. I highly recommend Quba tours as they offer that bespoke service and help you get the best package for you. Alhamdulillah myself and my family had the pleasure to visit the bless lands of Palestine, alongside Makkah Al-Mukarramah and Al-Madinah al-Munawwarah. We had a very amazing spiritual experience. The trip was organised very well and even though it must have been stressful at times for the tour guides they however made sure everything was always done in a very calm and composed manner and everyone was taken care of in a very thoughtful manner, making everyone feel like a family. A very special thank you to Dawood for providing us with a lot of information about each and every Ziyarah, and all duas being recited making us feel blessed! A very very beautiful yet, amazing tour experience from Quba Tours, alongside LUS Travels visiting the most blessed lands. All of the hotels that were chosen were very convenient and outstanding with being very clean and very close by to the Haram and amenities. May Allah reward you for all of your efforts. We were faced with no difficulties or problems at all whatsoever. Definitely will be travelling with the tour again and cannot wait to go on another tour inshAllah✨ Most definitely would recommend!

Quba Tours provided me with a tailored umrah package in December 2022 on very short notice. I had looked at a few other tour providers and even a private packages but the costs were very to high. I went with Quba Tours on recommendation and alhumdulilla everything went smoothly with no major issues.
This was the first time I've organized an Umrah trip for my family through Quba Tours. From beginning to end everything went brilliantly. Although I didn't go myself, my family had such a pleasant experience and have said they would go again in early 2023 which I will be part of inshaAllah
Had an absolute amazing experience, had no issues whatsoever at the airport, all the tours were well organized, the guides were v helpful, hotel was walking distance from Al Aqsa, 4 days was not enough, there is so much more to do. I highly recommend Quba tours and would be using them again for Jerusalem and any other Islamic tours they would be arranging in the future. Feel so blessed having been here, the spiritual connection to this place cannot be explained it's only felt.
