We have used Savvi Travel a few times over the last few years and every time they have been extremely helpful and professional. We usually book through Georgie as she used to help us at her previous employer and she is always very thorough. Georgie makes the booking an enjoyable part of the process rather than a chore. We recently booked a fly drive to Florida with some specific requirements 4 different hotels but nothing was a problem and pricewise they're always reasonable. I also like the fact if I phone up and Georgie is not there her colleagues can always help which makes it clear they have good communication which is also reassuring and unusual these days. If you're looking for a top class service I can highly recommend Savvi Travel they won't let you down.

An experience with this company I will never repeat. I was looking to book my first cruise travelling with my elderly mother. I spent time in discussion with Alison who disregarded any other cruise line but P&O as she had sailed on most of the fleet and assured me it would be great for a first time cruise. I also made her aware that I needed all aspects of the booking sorting for me. On arrival in Southampton I realised she had not booked my parking space which caused 2 hours of stress and an additional cost of £160.00. My only option was to pay or miss the ship. The ship itself was very tired with a cramped cabin. The food she had told me was ‘great’ most definitely was not, the buffet can only be described as equivalent to a motorway service station. Entertainment onboard was also not as she’d described with no evening shows which me and my Mum had been looking forward to. I was sold a family holiday with lots of children onboard, the opposite to what I was looking for. My wants and needs were certainly not listened to. I have raised all issues with Val at Savvi Travel who assured me she would respond within 28 days, she has not. Clearly they have complete disregard for their customers and have no idea how to deal with a complaint. FYI Savvi Travel to make a promise of response and then ignore a customer is most definitely not the right approach
Val at Savvy Travel has gone above and beyond for us, from changing bookings during a pandemic, to supporting us through an airline cancelling our flight, I know some of this work was done in her own time. I honestly can not recommend Savvy Travel enough, and Val in-particularly. Thank you so much. We had a wonderful holiday despite the complications xx

For the first time in many years, we decided to use a travel agent to arrange our holiday, rather than arrange it all ourselves. We orginally headed to a well known brand on the high street, but as soon as we walked in, we just felt the staff there weren't that bothered in helping us, so we quickly spun on our heels and left. A few doors down were Savvi Travel so although I am wary of independent travel agents (due to various negative media stories at times), we figured we would give it a go, although to be honest, I already had it in my mind to go to Stevenage to find other mainstream travel companies. All I can say is that my previous misconceptions about independent agents was so far off track with the fantastic service we received in Savvi Travel. Alison who helped us chose our holiday was amazing, honest, helpful and nothing was too much trouble with this sceptical wanna be holiday maker. There was no pressure but she gave the right amount of advice to allow us to chose the right holiday we were after. Indeed I even phoned her while we were on said holiday to double check she had checked us in for the return flight home, which, true to her efficient service, she had. So all I can say, if you want great service and great advice, then make Savvi Travel your first stop in your quest for your holiday, I'm pretty confident, that you will not need to go elsewhere.
Well, back home in Hitchin after an epic trip to New Zealand. It was utterly magical and all perfectly arranged by Dave and the team at Savvi Travel. Everything went like clockwork and I can’t thank all of you enough for the time and effort put in on my behalf, so thank you everyone! Hoping the next trip will be to Canada and guess where I’ll be coming to make all the arrangements...?
So pleased that these guys have opened in Hitchin, i won't need to go to their Ampthill branch, knowledgeable, great prices and a relaxed environment to buy your holiday. would recommend to anyone.
