Returned from Tenerife a week ago what a fantastic holiday. Consultants listened to what we wanted and bingo spot on. From flights to apartment. Highly recommend this agency. See you soon guys
I attended the store last week Thursday and spoke with the assistant manager about a holiday I wanted to book in the next few days. I left our requirements with all contact information with her and she said she would come back to me. Fast forward to this week Monday, I rang Hays travel again, explaining I had been in last Thursday. It was a young lady on the phone who assured me that if the assistant manager has not already completed this on this day, she would personally come back to me and let me know of my holiday options. Again, I left my contact details. We are now Wednesday and I have not heard anything. As I have not heard anything, I am now booking a £3k holiday with TUI in store tomorrow. The lack of customer service at Hays is not acceptable given I had left my personal information and holiday requirements on two occasions. Neither time has anyone followed up. It is very disappointing as i usually see good deals in the window and would have liked to have seen what Hays travel could have offered. I will not attempt to use this company again.
Just wanted to buy some euros but just wasted time stood there didn't get acknowledged or anything go to the post office instead
Always my 1st place to go for Holiday Information, booking and any follow up appointments. Needed help this week re a future Cruise booking issue, they sorted it out without any issues. Great very friendly staff, very helpful and informative, would recommend.
Mum and I, was really happy with Hayley, when we visited Hays Travel in Westcroft, very happy lady and really helped us.
Went to collect travel money during my lunch hour, that I'd ordered online the previous day. It was closed for lunch ! Duh! it must be the 1970s again. I will just go elsewhere. The closed sign was written in crayon, nuff said!

They have been really helpful in rearranging my holiday originally booked for July,/august, then was going to change to october but have now postponed till next year, the assistants in the branch at Westcroft Milton Keynes are fabulous, very helpful and understanding, with good knowledge of travel destinations
