Just popped into TUI to book our honeymoon, Debbie and Laura C were really helpful and found us a great deal for our holiday they were both very friendly and made our booking experience so easy! Will definitely be booking every holiday through TUI Banbury from now on.
Shannon was amazing. Very polite and respectful, took her time going through everything in great detail and explaining different excursions. Had a very enjoyable experience and will definitely be still going back to TUI for future holidays.
Went into the Banbury shop to cancel and rebook a different holiday after a very helpful telephone call with Davina last week. Sat down with Lindsay and Davina today and they were more than happy to help me even though it was an internet booking originally. Both these ladies were so kind, knowledgeable and helpful, suggesting alternatives for us. Would highly recommend going to see these ladies at the shop, same price as the internet too!!
Popped in to the Banbury store a week after getting home from the most amazing week in Kos (booked online), initially we were only going to get a price for a return trip next year and walked away with a 2 week stay at the same hotel. Shannon was fantastic from start to finish, going through the excursions we can go on and booking them on to going through the insurance to ensure it suited us, shes even going to see if we can get the same room! Davina as always offered her advice on what trips to take also resulting in one of them being booked on. Can't praise them enough (though my husband is still recovering from the shock of booking a 2 week break rather than the week we had agreed on, thanks Shannon I'm a happy lady!) We even discussed a trip for a milestone birthday in 2028 so we'll be back nearer the time to get that sorted too!!

Fantastic customer service. We went in not too sure what we actually wanted and Carmen was brilliant. We can be really picky but each holiday we looked at was explained well and we booked our holiday. Cannot fault any of it. Now looking forward to the summer.
Went into the store with no idea of where we wanted to go on holiday. Davina and Daniel spent time to to help us decide. Their knowledge of destinations and the offers was exceptional. We felt no pressure to book and they provided us with all the information we needed to make our decision. The booking process was efficient and didn’t take long. Loved the eCard sent the next day with further information. Great experience 10/10.
Popped into the new store at Gateway today for some brochures and to ask some questions on behalf of my mum. The store was spacious and welcoming , Grace on the customer service desk was really helpful and friendly and provided us with what we needed and also explained they offer a personal brochure service now, based on where you are wanting to travel to and from and the expectations you have for your holiday . What a great idea!
