   I'm raising a complaint because me and my son were just getting some basic shopping including beverages, but when it came to paying I was denied because my 20 year old son who was standing next to me and not paying did not have an ID on him, so he went home to get it since we're in walking distance, in the meantime I was left in the shop for 20 minutes, I paid for the groceries and made the observation that since I was by myself they should just sell me the beer, I was refused on the account of the think 25 policy, at that point I asked for the policy to be presented so I can read it, in a few minutes afterwards I decided to go but I was stopped since they just finished printing it to be read, so i read the policy and couldnt find anything indicating the basis for refusal at this point, I was informed I was now unable to be sold beverages because "There was a person without ID in your Proximity", at this point my son finally returned with ID in hand and when shown to the staff we were still denied and then were kicked out and banned from the building. was I recieving fair treatment?

   I'm writing a review because I can't find an email address for this store. This is my nearest convenience store, and therefore it ought to be handy for me to pick up the basics. Unfortunately, it doesn't stock what I would consider the basics. Three of the four aisles are dedicated to snacks, with what I would consider real food being relegated to a couple of shelves in the corner. As a (mostly) vegan and environmentalist, I was disappointed that they don't have any reasonably priced oat milk, vegan cake/biscuits (or at least not labelled as such), meat alternative products, and there were virtually no cakes wrapped in fewer than two layers of plastic packaging. There was no local produce, and very few things labelled even as UK produced. I only ever go here as a last resort. I wish that wasn't the case, but if you want my custom more often, you need to stock stuff I actually want.

   Just left that place about 10 minutes ago. There’s a woman, seemed to be working on her own, throwing things around, and really rude. Felt like she was doing a favor for the people. She needs to realize that people can choose where to shop and spend their money. Giving one star as there’s no way to give a zero one. Trash server.

   I hurried to the shop to pick up a parcel after getting back from work late. It was 9.45pm and website said I could pick up until 10pm. However they said they had already locked up and wouldn't retrieve it for me. I was going to buy some other stuff but didn't because I was upset by this and went to Aldi instead with no problems.

   Me, my Mum, My brother and Sister don't live in Norwich anymore. But the One Stop Staff were very rude and sarcastic. When my Mum put stuff on the counter they didn't say hello or say thank you. Whenever I took my brother there, they would always upper the prices, my sister wanted a cbeebies magazine and an aero bar and they said "Sorry not enough" very sarcastically. When I asked them how much is this chocolate, they ignored me and when my Mum asked how much the milk was, they ignored her. When I was in Primary School this woman at the till said "Want a bag?" and I said "yes please" and she replied rudely "Can they not fit in your small handbag". My sister is 19 and she has Autism and Epilepsy, My brother is 13 and he has Autism and ADHD and I have ADHD and Social Communication difficulties.
