Sarah did an absolutely wonderful job on my nails. She was incredibly friendly and made the entire experience very pleasant. I am so happy with the beautiful results. She will be missed xxx
customer service was amazing. staff are always so helpful and were especially today even when it was busy. staff at tills asked me if i wanted face masks which i needed! and i signed up for a points card because they were so helpful. definitely recommend going in here!
I wouldnt even give one start but had to to post. I vist superdrug regularly in norwich at chantry place. Iv always had a nice experience up untill now. I want to express how deeply upset and hurt I am after my daughter (20yr) went to this store with her friend and the members of staff thought it was appropriate to laugh and stear at her while what appeared to be making comments about her. This was because my daughter was stimming and being vocal she has autism and can stim when she is happy or over stimulated. She shouldn't be made to feel uncomfortable about this. I think your staff need more training on how to treat memebers of the public with disabilities, to think in this day of age people still dont treat everyone with dignity and respect. I have to wonder do you do such training of how to communicate with people with disabilities? Because from what i saw and how they behaved its clear they haven't or they need retaining! I hope if the girls who work there see this that they think about their actions and how it effects people. I'm sure if the shoe was on the other foot they wouldn't want them treated that way or a member of their family. People shouldnt have to feel they should hide away they shouldn't be made to feel shamed to be in public places. Shame on you!
Really had a bad experience today between 1500 to 1600 with one of the sales girls dont know the name. she spoke to us very rudely that we should not open and check any products however the product was left opened .she also told the same to the other customer too ( skin of colour). The worst part is there was a white lady opening the product which was sealed and trying the lipstick on her hand however the sales girl just watched it but dint bother to tell her anything. That was quite rude and more like a racist behaviour from the sales girl.
In the morning, an older white woman with shoulder length white hair was serving me and was rude/stereotyped me. Whilst I was in line waiting to be served, another customer came behind me to wait as well (a minute after me). The cashier came around the corner and onto the tills to serve; she didn’t see me “push in” even if I did. She kept accusing me of pushing in front of the other customer despite her standing behind me and me being in line before she joined. She was insistent I pushed in line even though I told her I was in front. This is really not surprising given current climate but I just expected better.
Been in here loads and usually no issues but I went in and asked a girl where something was I couldn't find and she rolled her eyes and huffed when I said excuse me ... Not great service it's put me off going to that one now.
I went into SuperDrug today in chantry place and needed help with some products/the colours of them bevause of my eyesight and Beth was so lovely and helped me so much !!!!!
Great prices, clean store well stocked, cosmetic aisle is well presented and clean, staff are well trained and helpful, and the till areas have screens to protect, on the whole a nice experience.
Some great value products and deals and offers on top brands here, it's definitely worth a look around and worth checking any perfume deals they might have. Great selection of make-up and snacks, drinks etc too. Only problem is there can be long queues at times which is frustrating if you've popped in just to grab a cold drink from the fridge!
One of my favourite places to shop, always have everything I need and staff friendly. The only gripe I have is it seems to take the staff a long time to get on the tills when a large queue is forming so you can be waiting for ages before you can pay.
