   Clearly overcharging on items that have prices already on them. I just bought £6.50 worth of snacks and got charged £10.69 learned my lesson won't be back.

   This is the third time I have been in to drop off some Yodel packages and been shunted to the back of the queue because as a customer, I’m less important than any other customer obviously. Their customer service is appalling. I was purchasing drinks as well and I was ‘allowed’ to buy the drinks but I then had to step aside and let other ‘paying’ customers pay before I could be served again. This is thoroughly unacceptable. If I’m a customer then I wait my turn in line like everyone else and then I should get served completely. If they are offering a service then offer it alongside everything else. Customer service isn’t just about grabbing people’s money. It’s about equality to all customers. They should consider this as respectable shopkeepers. I will be looking anywhere else possible rather than have to go back into this shop again and be treated like a second class citizen! Shame on you!!

   Okay, so this is it a slant on the usual friendly people that are mostly serving in the shop but lately they’ve employed a twenty/thirty something scruffy lad who is a bad representative of those that own and usually run this shop. Last week he served people while on the phone to a woman telling her about her bum and having inappropriate conversations - she was overheard saying don’t speak like that in front of customers and he said I don’t care, I’ll say what I like. This morning when dropping a parcel off he was there again with loud drill music on in the background while people were coming in and out to shop. It made me feel completely uncomfortable and now feel unsure about going in again. Where do you even employ people like this? Perhaps some staff training wouldn’t go amiss - from a friendly hellesdon resident.

   I stopped going in here several years back as the customer service was awful.Today I had to send a parcel via Yodel and this is the one nearest to me..all I have to say is it might be different people but the customer service is just as bad.In future if I need to use Yodel will go to the next closest one .I certainly shall NOT be going back in here
