   Simply the worst place to collect / post a parcel. Staff member I encountered was rude and dismissive and was made to wait 20 or so minutes, despite it being after their opening time.

   Absolutely hate having to collect any Evri parcels from here and avoid it completely. Id rather drive 20 miles extra just to avoid this store. The staff are rude and not helpful at all. Always waiting for more than 10 minutes for someone to leisurely walk down stairs with a coffee in hand and not even apologise for the wait.

   I dread every time i have to come to this place to collect a package, its anything but a smooth customer experience. When ever i say i'm here to collect a packages always a 10-15minute wait from that point for someone to come downstairs and sort the package out, i can only assume theyre gently waking up, taking a shower then coming down in their own time. If i could i'd avoid coming here all together.

   Went to collect an important Amazon package shortly after it was delivered and the guy working there flat out refused to help me and said that their system was down. They chose to have and Amazon counter and therefore should allow people to collect their packages at any time while they are open. Would not recommend.

   Do not go here for Amazon/evri returns, woman told me to scan the code then told me after the label printed that they don’t have any boxes. I’ve now seen another review from 10 months ago reporting the same thing, meaning they haven’t sorted this issue out on a year. Don’t advertise a service you can’t provide!!!

   DO NOT COME HERE FOR HERMES DROP-OFF. Came here to do a packageless return, which I have previously done at the same shop, but the woman did not know how to do it and refused to take my parcel. I explained that I had used the store before and her daughter had done it for me but the woman refused to take my parcel even when I showed her on the Hermes website that the shop accepted packageless returns. I proceeded to print the label and put it in the original packaging (which I happened to have with me) But I did not have any Sellotape and the woman refused to give me any in order to safely close the parcel. The woman was very rude waving her hand at me and was completely unhelpful considering she was the one in the wrong. I will never come here again as the service is appalling.

   Nice local shop with friendly staff , good selection of sweets and drinks and other items. they are a Hermes pick up point , and are suppose to print a label and package any item to send back to Amazon , when I was trying to send back a small item they didn't have any small envelopes to use , so I had to go home and package it myself !!
