   i had a specific request for white foundation for halloween makeup and upon looking around i couldnt find any, i asked a lady who showed me that there was a tiny amount available but not displayed i tried the foundation when home and its perfect - honestly dont think i would've been able to get it anywhere else in person, she was so helpful for that and i really appreciate it!! it's the little things, because i never would've known or been able to purchase it otherwise :)

   Why does the black hair care product section have this racial stereotype sign (no other area in the store has this)? This is so upsetting especially given that I’ve already reported this store for racial profiling

   I went to the Superdrug Nurse to get my blood drawn with Medichecks. This review is about that specific event and not the general Superdrug store & staff. I felt incredibly unsafe in the nurse's office and would strongly advise against going for blood checks at this Superdrug store. The nurse did not consider my nervousness when conducting the blood test and made my anxiety worse. She was very bad at making patients calm down. Most alarmingly, she also did not wear gloves or any protective wear when drawing my blood, which is very unsanitary and unsafe. She bumped the needle on my trouser leg and then proceeded to attempt to draw blood with it. I have previously had no issues with having my blood drawn with some doctors commenting on how easy it is with my veins, yet this nurse was unable to find any place that worked. Overall a horrific experience. Considering the cost I spent to have my blood taken I am incredibly disappointed at the level of incompetence and unprofessionalism.

   Special mention to Jodie, she was so lovely today when I went in totally clueless on what makeup suited me best. She helped me chose a foundation and a setting spray that would be perfect she even colour matched and give me tips on applying everything. She was very kind and made sure to ask lots of questions!

   31.03.2023 Small and crowded store. Wide range of products. Reasonably priced and they have a perfume counter. Pharmacy services are back up and running (although is not a happy lady). Empty blister packs can be recycled here. Best to go on a quiet morning.

   This is the Pharmacy ONLY I managed to get some urgent antibiotics to be collected after 1pm. Got there at 1pm to be told by the locom "the pharmacists isn't in and I don't know what I am doing, I am just filling in and to come back tomorrow" I explained that I don't live in Norwich and was only there for the day and that I had got the antibiotics from the Superdrug doctor online so that I could take them thay day, to avoid a kidney infection. He just kept saying, I can't do anything, and that my name wasn't on their system. In the end, I went and spoke to a lovely supervisor in actual Superdrug who went above and beyond to get on to the pharmacy system (even though she doesn't know that side of things)and after an hour, I finally had my antibiotics. I am forever grateful to the ladies who helped. So if you see this ladies, thank you! What I will say is, if the pharmacist is ill or on holiday, may be get someone in that knows the system or (even teach them) and the job, as I was not the only person to be turned away, which is just dismal! As I said thr staff in Superdrug were wonderful!

   I like this store, the staff are really friendly and go out of their way to find or recommend stuff. Always leave this store feeling like I got great service, even if I don't find the stuff I want. On that point, the store has a good selection of things from CeraVe and Inkey List to their own product lines which are pretty decent and competitively priced. The thing I find odd is the contrast in stores, there's another Superdrug less than a few hundred metres away in a local mall. If you need to go to Superdrug, go to this (St Stephens) store not the Chapelfield one (it's like the mirror universe version)
