Customer service could do with improving, visit today unsuccessful for an Inpost drop off which is ok in itself but assistant told me my parcels must be EVRI (they weren’t) & that was why QR codes wouldn’t work. Very dismissive & quite rude. Won’t be going back!!

I had to pick up some emergency credit from this shop. I was told by British gas that EVERYONE who works behind the counter knows how to work out how to load emergency credit. I knew that wouldn't be the case and the shop assistant called who I believe to be management to deal with the emergency credit, between us we worked out how to put the electric on, both of us were left baffled as to exactly how the shop assistant could follow instructions when none were sent for the gas, so I just asked the lady to insert the card and then press cancel to see if it did anything. It did nothing but print a receipt with 0 on. Well, I get home and just think I may as well try the gas and it loaded. I don't think she even needed to load my card at all, but I was very relieved and the staff were so pleasant and understanding given the circumstances I turned up to the shop with. I have used the shop ever since as it has a good layout, also the prices for products in the shop do keep up with other closer shops like co-op, their brown sugar is 25p less. Everything is always stacked beautifully making it easier to navigate the store and what it has to offer and for a smaller store, it has surprisingly more stock than you would expect. Well worth visiting if you want to support local businesses.
