   Rude unhelpful and totally inconsistent. I have been in many times over the years and seen people in there with well behaved dogs. Today on my first occasion with my well behaved border terrier I was very curtly told “no dogs allowed”. No sign on the door, no niceness just “ no dogs allowed”. Halesworth has more dogs than people. I can go into the bakers, pubs, Coopers, newsagents etc but can I collect a prescription from boots, no!! Will never ever use again. Perhaps it’s a case of if your face doesn’t fit you can’t come in. Terrible people with an awful attitude. Oh and by the way the staff need to go on Diversity training, they always assume I’m married to a woman!!!!

   often shop is shut bec there's no pharmacist. I understand why pharmacy has to close but so inconvenient when it's on a day when you need just the shop side or when you have nonpharma click&collect parcel to collect. Happening more and more :(

   I have just been to get 2 lip balms and was told ‘we are shut between 1-2pm for lunch’ even though i had 5 minutes. So I would have to wait 1 hour when I could have been in and out in less than a minute and it still wouldn’t have been 1 o’clock? I just think it’s crazy in these times, I work in hospitality myself and every penny counts. People baffle me they really do.

   lady behind the till was very helpful and polite.hence the 2 stars or it would have been 1.but thats as good as it got.extremly slow service with high cues.shuts at 1 which isn't needed then there is a backlog of old people waiting to get seen which again is a long time to then get sorted out..expensive items.not worth a visit unless really stuck for options.

   Every time i want to go down there to get tablets or occasionally get baby stuff, they always some kind of problem. (Closed today due to operations difficulties). Saw this notice last few weeks saying same thing. Today needed nappies and it was closed for same reason. 2 stars would be mean as only complaining anout it not opening also it is closed for lunch all time. No need to close the shop, you got staff there.
