Late to approve prescriptions then take forever to get in stock. Condescending staff and very long wait times, often witness many people be given partial orders or told to come back

Don't book a flu jab here. Booked mine on the NHS app and eligible for free jab. Turned up at my scheduled appointment time at 2.00pm even though I had to queue 15 minutes at the door first only to be told pharmacist had gone to lunch. Chap behind me had done the same thing and he'd driven 40 minutes to get there. Both told to come back in an hour. Another 15 minute queue at 3.00pm and I saw the chap from earlier come out of the consultation room so he'd obviously got his jab but when I got to the counter I was told they only had vaccines for over 65s so they couldn't do it. Chap from earlier was clearly much younger so did he get the last one? The booking app has my email and phone number so a courtesy call would have been appreciated. Now can't book another appointment on the app as it says I already had one and I should have contacted pharmacy to say I couldn't make it! Now going elsewhere as I thought customer service was terrible and I'm posting this although I really don't think from the attitude that they'll care very much

This chemist has recently been bought out / taken over and replaced all the staff. The new staff are not good, rude, service, slow, never have a full prescription. The previous staff: Louise, becki etc were so good, polite, if the medication wasn't in stock in always be ordered for the next day. It feels such a loss for the Community around putnoe - Goldington that they are no longer working at the chemist. It's a one star review because the drop in service is that bad.

Posting anonymously. I have been a Well Pharmacy user for years, due in no small part to its proximity to my home and my limited mobility, but I am finally moving pharmacy after the recent inconveniences I have experienced there. I have moved to Fairleys Pharmacy, which is about 20 minutes on foot from Well but the service is so much better. First of all, this pharmacy has extremely inconsistent opening hours. On a number of occasions I have walked to the pharmacy only to find a note on the door stating that they will be open at some random hour. Oftentimes the time that they reopen isn’t clear and they often don’t adhere to this. Secondly, the attitude of some of the staff is appalling. They will often sigh or be rude when I need help, or be extremely condescending or patronising. Some of the staff are genuinely very warm and friendly, and some of them have provided me with with essential information and support, but it doesn’t feel great to not know if I’m going to get a helpful member of staff or one that looks down their nose at me. They often lose prescriptions, fail to send them out promptly, or take so long to dispense them that my partner has missed doses of essential medication. They appear unsympathetic when this happens. Finally, they recently checked the wrong box on my partner’s exemption form. This meant that the NHS started an investigation into them which could’ve cost them a penalty of over Β£100. Fortunately we retained all receipts for prescription payments and so we didn’t get charged, but what if we didn’t keep them? I remember this pharmacy being so much better. Very disappointed.

Always to busy no matter what time of day I choose to go here. The staff are very nice although most customers seem to be complaining about having insufficient medication or it not being passed on to them from the surgery. I witnessed a ninety two year old man being told he needs to come back as his medication wasn't available. That is not right! Probably not the pharmacist fault but something needs shaping up in this service.

As others have said they simply don’t have enough staff to cope with demand. Told to wait 20 for prescription to be prepared, waited 45, asked for an update, then told sorry we don’t have the item on the prescription. Very bad. Sorry simply isn’t good enough.

I started using this pharmacy after becoming discontented with Lloyds at Brickhill drive. They were like a breath of fresh air with their efficiency What's happened? They seem to be going rapidly downhill.

I felt now was the time to thank all Queens Drive. But in particular the ladies we see up front. In my family we have 4 who have reqular and detailed meds. All through COVID and to this day they are so helpful and. Always a pleasure to have a chat with. I can say as far as I'm concerned they go above and beyond just good customer service, they are lovely people Thanks allx

The staff are helpful and friendly. My sister and I went through some terrible times at the start of the pandemic. The staff were honest compassionate and understanding. Especially one particular member of staff, thanks Beccy, you probably don't realise but you were one of the very few people who work in health care that was honest and truly caring. Thanks

Hi, For many years I have been in UK I have to say that the customer service was/is excellent. There are some ladies I forgot their names are very good and polite. Very friendly and very helpful. Treat them with respect and love and ye shall receive well treatment back to you. If I am asked which pharmacy I would suggest them to go, I would say Well Pharmacy. Twas/is a pleasure to walk into the pharmacy and be served by good receptionists. Thank you, and please do not change and keep being nice and friendly, I am sure the reviews will increase. I get satisfied when I get the right prescription. I walk out of the pharmacy store with the satisfaction that my prescription is done.
