    If I could give 1 star! I would absolutely disgusting service. Refusing to give meds saying he can decide what he gives out to a patient and also Questioning why I have pre payment certificate. And telling I should pay and mocking persons absolute disgrace and should be shut down completely un professional. Degrading customers in such a manner!

    Excellent advice from staff. I have daily medication and they deliver my items I never need to call them. Which is what I had to do when I had Boots listed with my GP practice Iā€™m so glad that I changed to Bedford Pharmacy 10ā­ļø

    I have been to this pharmacy numerous times and always found them friendly and helpful regardless who was serving me. But, and more importantly, I was NEVER told to come back in an hour or the next day as all my prescriptions were ready within 15 minutes at the most.

    Wasnt very happy with the service i recieved . The gentleman that served me was quite rude,i have rhumatiod arthritis in my knees and wrist and was asking about a handbrace . He asked me left or right and i replied left , with that he replied your hands are large which affended me as they were swollen due to arthritis. Then i tried on and said ok il have it um just going to get my purse. I then paid via card and i we t to put in cash machine and he said no swipe,which i said i didnt like to do as it delays my payments to my account. He was not busy he was chatting to another guy casually his customer service was not good atall and have in previous visits found the staff friendly and helpfull but very disappointed yesterday 5/5/18
