They clearly love what they do, unlike many places where the focus is only on business. Many thanks to the team for making a real difference in Bedford. Without doubt, the best chemist in Bedford.

   Today i was not feeling well and the GP forwarded a prescription to the chemist late in the evening. The pharmasist was concerned enough to drop this off to mr before going home as he felt he couldnt leave me over the weekend without these meds.    They always greet me by name and have my prescription ready and waiting. If you need advice, Anish will do his best to advise. Bear in mind he's aware of your current and part medication, so this is reflected in said advise too. Lovely staff. Great little pharmacy, I just wish they were open for a short while on the weekends. Thanks to all staff at Kays. Keep up the great work!

   This pharmacy is outstanding! They go above and beyond to help their clients nothing is too much trouble for them. They always have a smile for everyone no matter whom it is. Anish is charming with a cheeky infectious giggle. I've been with kays for over 10yrs and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I adore all the staff there They are truly wonderful people !!! With the warmest of regards Deborah King x The staff at kays have worked tirelessly threw out covid and continue to do so to try and ensure everyone gets their medication and they do not deserve to be shouted at and abused by any member of the public, its disgraceful behaviour after all their dedicated hard work over the last 3 yrs. The public should take a breath and if kays can sort out a problem they will go above and beyond to assist anyone I know they have for me and I appreciate it no end. Please don't let one person bring ur spirits down we all think the world of you.!!

   Simply the best! Mr Shah is an absolute star, knowledgeable and will always go above & beyond for his customers. This ethos is shared by ALL staff there and it’s obvious they work incredibly hard. I’m in my mid forties and have never dreamt of leaving a review for a chemists, this place is something really special. An absolutely amazing community gem! I wish these guys could expand and open a functioning doctor’s surgery in the town as so many local practices seem to be really struggling. Have no fear, Kay’s Chemist are there to pick up the slack and step up when the surgery lets you down. I can’t thank the team enough!
